Welcome on our website

Our kennel from Czech Wood (FCI) was founded and subsequently entered into the register of dog kennels of all breeds in the Czech Republic. 

You can find us in the picturesque village of Hvozdnice, south of Prague, where we live together with our Swiss female Wabi and other dog and cat friends. The oldest member of our pack is the cat Amálka, who was born in 2007. The second oldest is the dog Archibald, breed Šiperka, born in 2009. The third in the order is the cat Mia, who came to us as a kitten in 2012 .The next dog in our pack is the Border terrier Vilík, who was born in 2018. In 2019, we brought another cat from the mustang ranch, whom we call Kiki, followed in 2020 by the Swiss Wabi and as "for now" the last member of our animal family is a male Cipísek who has been with us since November 2022.

Our Story

We have been breeding dogs since 2007, when we started with the "Šiperka" breed. Our first dog was "Flop od Prachovské skal". He was very stubborn, idiosyncratic and did not like to show off in the ring. It was always a challenge to present Flop well so that his strengths, which he really had, stood out. This is proven by his numerous awards. He placed first at every show we participated in, among other things he was Czech junior champion, national winner and second place at the world show.

Two years later we bought a second skier. "Archibald of Obolecká meze" is the exact opposite of Flop. He is a comedian who loves to perform in the ring. All his strengths, which he also has, he knows how to show and sell very well, so we also won as much as we could with him. Both are national and international champions, just sweethearts.

After Flop's departure to dog heaven and Archibald's dog retirement, we decided to devote ourselves to breeding a white Swiss Shepherd.
